In this position, you will report to the Country IT Manager Brazil.
This position is primarily based in Sorocaba and includes business travel, which may involve both domestic and international trips.Team you belong toYou will join a multidisciplinary IT team, consisting of business analysts, developers, SAP specialists, project managers, infrastructure technicians, user support, etc. Our team is dedicated to delivering new solutions, solving problems, and maintaining operations. We are currently working on various projects and tasks.
We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as business areas and both local and international IT teams.

The members of our team are located not only in Brazil but also in units around the world, such as Chile, the USA, Finland, South Africa, Australia, etc.What you'll do
- Act as the focal point for receiving, analyzing, distributing, and coordinating all demands to the IT department.
- Coordinate activities, resources, developer hours, IT processes, and project management information.
- Ensure that all documentation of demands and projects is created and stored according to the methodology in use (Project Proposal, Status Report, Costs Report, Gantt Chart, WBS, etc.).
- Ensure that scope, deadline, cost, and quality are achieved as agreed with customers/users.
- Coordinate the project team, developers, and all interfaces of each project.
- Ensure that customer needs are met as projects evolve.
- Act as a central point of contact and keep members of the project team informed about progress, changes, difficulties, and status.
- Monitor portfolio projects and keep stakeholders informed through management reports.
- Ensure that standards and requirements are met through quality assurance testing.
- Define and implement new processes in the Americas Region.
- Act as a focal point between business areas and Information Technology teams for projects, initiatives in the systems area (SAP), and coordination of SAP support.
- Be an expert on one or more components of SAP, such as business function. Specialization in the SD module is desirable.
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Specialization degree in Project Management is desirable.
- Experience managing projects.
- Experience with project management methodology (PMBOK) applicable to IT project leadership.
- Good knowledge of development methodology and experience with agile methodology.
- Expert on one or more components of SAP.
- Languages: Advanced English is mandatory, and Spanish is desirable.
- Hybrid work model, mandatory 3 days in Sorocaba.
