In this role, you’ll upgrade automation systems, design and build SCADA/HMI workflows, and integrate legacy platforms with modern technologies. You’ll also lead a team of skilled engineers, sharing your expertise and guiding projects to success.What's in it for you:

✅ Is that you?

8-10 years of experience in industrial automation/control system engineering

Hands-on expertise with Ignition and Tatsoft for building SCADA, HMI, and automation solutions

Strong understanding of real-time control systems, PLCs, OEE, and MQTT (Levels 1-3)

Proven experience designing and developing software for manufacturing technology stacks

Ability to lead engineering projects, make technical decisions, and guide the team

Clear communication and effective collaboration skills

Adaptability, resilience, and a strong commitment to transparency and integrity

Desirable:

Python, Jython, or C# experience

Familiarity with PostgreSQL or SQL Server

Exposure to AI/ML-based predictive automation (Litmus, TensorFlow)

Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar

Experience with CODESYS or other industrial automation platforms

Experience automating EHS processes

Experience training teams on Industry 4.0/manufacturing solutions

🧩 Key responsibilities and your contributionIn this role, you'll help modernize manufacturing systems by designing, building, and integrating automation solutions that connect legacy and new technologies.

Design, build, and maintain SCADA and HMI workflows using Ignition & Tatsoft

Support SCADA integration across distributed manufacturing systems

Commission and troubleshoot systems in real-world manufacturing environments

Work with engineering and operations teams to streamline and reduce manual workflows

Provide leadership as needed, taking accountability for results, wins/losses, and lessons learned

Contribute to modernization initiatives by integrating legacy and modern technologies
