- Conduct 80+ cold calls daily to engage potential B2B clients in the LATAM region.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to set meetings and ensure lead quality.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Iterate messaging and outreach strategies to optimize results.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a B2B Sales Development Representative.
- Proven success in outbound calling and lead generation.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a remote environment.

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B sales or SDR roles, ideally in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification.
- Demonstrated success in hitting outreach targets and generating sales-qualified leads through high-volume outbound calls.
- Native-level fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential. Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable using sales tools like CRM's, dialers and prospecting tools
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, capable of thriving in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
