This role requires a critical & strategic thinker with a strong background in logistics and supply chain managementKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative and competifive logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of productsManage and optimize the logistics network, including consigned products at customers, main distribution center plus branches and distributorsCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with local and international regulations, quality systems and medical devices standardsLead and mentor a team of logistics professionalsCollaborate with other departments to align logistics activities with overall business goalsBuild and manage logistics budgets and control costsImplement and maintain best practices in logistics and supply chain management exploring AI toolsQualifications:Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industryProven experience in managing logistics networks and optimizing supply chain processes with a variety of Distribution CentersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProficiency in logistics software and tools ie WMS, SAP, track & traceExperience with regulated products and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Intermediate English.
