Business DivisionsGroup FunctionsYour roleInterested in gaining hands-on legal experience within a leading global financial institution? Are you curious about day-to-day operations in a legal team that supports Investment Banking activities?We're looking for an intern to:
  • conduct research on Brazilian financial regulations (e.g., CVM,BACEN) and corporate law matters.
  • review, summarize, and draft contracts (e.g., NDAs, engagement letters, services agreement) under supervision.
  • help maintain contract databases (e.g., contracts under revision, deadlines, who was assigned to which case).
  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining legal records.
  • support with monitoring litigation cases, updating case trackers and internal systems.
  • draft responses to injunctions and PoAs, obtain signatures and control payments to external law firms.

Together - and in coordination with offshore members of the Legal team -, we provide advice and support in all legal matters to our Investment Banking at UBS BB.Your expertise
  • currently enrolled in a Law degree program (preferably 2nd or 3rd year).
  • interest in corporate law and financial markets.
  • strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
  • fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
