• This position will support procurement function's overall objectives by providing valuable insights, operational support, and project management expertise.
• Key activitiesWork in close collaboration with Global Procurement Organization and Operations functions to develop and coordinate the execution of projects pipeline.
• Development and implementation of Global Dashboards and Automations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement digitalization performance.
• Develop and maintain overall project oversight, using key PMO tools including Gantt charts, project charters, SIPOC, RACI charts, KPIs, etc.
• Manage Global Procurement Operations project timelines and milestones and ensure projects stay on track.
• Facilitate cross-functional, multi-location problem-solving / issue resolution.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and inform strategic direction.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and information dissemination within the Procurement Operations.
• Knowledge and ExperienceExperience in using data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from procurement data.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience in Power BI.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience managing procurement projects and initiatives.
• Experience conducting market research and analysis (preferred).
