We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and result oriented Intern to add to the Life & Health LatAm Sales Operations team within Reinsurance in São Paulo.About the Role:In this role, you will help the team providing support to Swiss Re's L&H Sales Operations Team, covering the Life and Health Business Portfolio of Latin America markets.Your key responsibilities are:
  • Provides Sales Operations with all relevant support within L&H for all non-client facing activities including day to day administration of client management tasks, contracts and correspondence records management and general business support processes associated within Sales Operations.
  • Systems update and entry.
  • Support with contract signature and endorsements.
  • Provides Sales Operations with presentations, running reports as needed.
About the Team:The Sales Operations team is a service focused team that process treaty submissions for the Latin American Life & Health Treaty team and provides a first point of contact for our client's administrative needs.About You:We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, with convincing interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relations in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.Must Have:
  • Attending College of Business Administration, Economics, International Relations or related fields. Graduation expected in 2027 or after.
  • Advanced knowledge of English. And intermediate knowledge of Spanish. You will work on a regional team (Latin America).
  • Excellent organizer, flexible and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Availability to work in a hybrid work model (3x2)
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel and word
  • Knowledge of (re)insurance
  • Ability to cope with changes in tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
