• About The RoleAs a Product Manager at XILO, you'll be at the center of driving product improvements that directly impact our customers' experience and businessoutcomes.
• You'll collaborate with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement new features, fix bugs, and enhance existingproducts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and conduct 3 customer interviews weekly to gather actionablefeedback.
• Plan and document 2 sprints of development ahead of Engineers, usingstandard prioritization processes.
• Create product requirement documents for all assigned new features.
• Work with design to design out each planned release phase (MVP, beta,full release)Build data pipelines to measure customer adoption across multipleproducts accurately.
• Enhance all current products to make them more intuitive and self-servicing.
• Drive increased customer adoption across all products.
• Improve sales pilot success rates to 80% by delivering exceptionalproduct experiences.
