- The Distribution & Field Force Manager will focus on ensuring all RedBull Distribution Partner Management and Field Force management tools, systems, and processes are developed, relevant, and implemented across all markets in Latam where RedBull is sold through a distribution partner.
- Key responsibilities include:Represent RedBull in the region by defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model that ensures optimal customer service and supports the continuous development of the sales process and systems to accommodate expected growth across all commercial channels.
- Implement as a global standard all RedBull Field Force and Distribution Partner Management tools, systems, and processes across all markets.
- Support markets in collaboratively enhancing distribution partner performance by considering RTM, the value chain, process optimization, and countries'' capacity to drive partner performance.
- Engage directly with distributors and potential distributors as needed to develop business opportunities.
