- Implementing and monitoring employee adherence to processes, policies, and procedures.
- Managing the performance evaluation process.
- Contributing to the compensation plan, headcount, and staff costs.
- Negotiating with the Union.
- Managing training and development initiatives.
- Conducting the recruitment process, from attraction to hiring/onboarding.
- Implementing and monitoring ESG policies and procedures.
- Qualifications:Degree: Degree in Psychology or a Human Resources related field.
- Seniority: Mid-level, with 5-10 years of experience.
- Skills:Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Advanced level in Spanish (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Time management, problem-solving, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Ability to work under pressure and develop strong, positive relationships.
- IT Tools:Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
- Additional Details:Available for business trips.
- Located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- Permanent, full-time position with hybrid working arrangements.
