Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (CST business hours with some flexibility)About the Role:We are seeking a highly creative and organized Virtual Assistant with strong marketing skills to provide full-time support across personal and business ventures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with organization—supporting social media presence, producing content, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.The right candidate will act as an extension of the executive, juggling multiple projects with agility and independence while keeping personal brand and social engagement front and center.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and create engaging content for social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design digital assets including graphics, images, and short-form videos
- Support copywriting needs (social captions, newsletters, light blog content)
- Provide input on creative strategy and content ideas
- Coordinate emails, scheduling, and communications on behalf of the executive
- Organize and track multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Ensure all outputs maintain a polished, professional, and engaging style
- Prior experience in marketing, social media, or creative content roles (years of experience flexible)
- Proficiency in social media management, graphic design, and video editing
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Excellent organizational skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a growth mindset
- Strong communication skills; able to act as a direct extension of the executive
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Based in Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, or Mexico strongly preferred)
