  • Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive production support for our applications, ensuring their reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and global support teams, to address and resolve issues.
  • Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.
  • Document support processes and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed.
  • Continuously improve support practices and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial.
  • 3+ years of related production support experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with global teams.
  • Experience with basic scripting tools such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Docker, etc.
  • Growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in DevOps, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
  • Business knowledge of securities, fund accounting, collateral, and tri-party repo preferred but not required.
  • Experience in platform engineering, cloud, virtual environments, MQ, database management, network, ITIL, and service management.
