  • The Sales Support Analyst takes an active part in implementing a common Operations Planning and Control Framework for Marel, based on best practices, having daily contact with customers and acting directly in importation processes.
  • **Main Tasks**The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for the following tasks:- Responsible for coordinating, providing and planning targeted delivery of equipments.
  • - Play an active day to day role in the Master Scheduling process to ensure smooth order execution.
  • - Maintain a total overview of the open orders designated to you within the industries and the region and its status.
  • - Solve issues that come up within the order execution process, reschedule orders as needed.
  • - Support Sales, Sales Operations & Resources planning process to plan for upcoming changes in the business, which includes all activities related to the orders deliveries.
  • - Execute Sales, Operations & Resources Planning actions within Latin America region and connected to the industries.
  • - Act pro-actively to manage deviations within a sales order to mitigate financial risks.
  • - Keeping all relevant stakeholders informed regularly.
  • **Skills and Abilities**- Experience in international deliveries, importation processes with Latin America region.
  • - Knowledge of order to cash processes.
  • - Self-starting and operate in a planned/structured way and active in setting and achieving goals.
  • - Strong internal and external customer centric perspective and approach.
  • - Planning, coordinating and process oriented.

  • - Strong Spanish skills, both written and verbal.
  • - Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage.
  • - Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Totvs, Salesforce) is preferable.
