São Paulo, BrazilJob Description:JOB POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for reviewing and providing financial and business analyses and supporting the business through generating financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations. As a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department, the analyst plays a crucial role in driving financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Planning and Analysis:
  • Support the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with business units and key stakeholders
  • Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, providing insights into financial performance
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership
Performance Metrics Monitoring:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the financial health and performance of the business
  • Analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance financial performance
Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and insights
  • Effectively communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the FP&A function
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and planning
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience and knowledge in financial analytics
  • Strong analytical, financial acumen, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
SECTION 4: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES AND AFFILIATIONSPreferred:
  • Experience in data analytics dashboards (PowerBI, SAP Cloud Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience in data analytics tools (Alteryx, Knime, etc.)
  • Experience with ERPs, SAP 4/HANA, AFO, Anaplan
Other:
  • Proficiency: English (Intermediate/Advanced). Spanish considered as a plus.
