- This role plays a key part in maintaining a positive, ethical, and legally compliant work environment by managing employee relations matters and supporting compliance initiatives across the organization.
- Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Conduct workplace investigations regarding misconduct, grievances, or policy violations in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, labor laws, and ethical standards, especially regarding disciplinary actions, performance management, and terminations.
- Partner with Legal, HR Ops, HRBPs and business leaders to identify and address trends in employee relations matters and recommend proactive solutions.
- Monitor compliance with labor and employment regulations, both local and international, where applicable.

- Draft and maintain clear documentation related to cases, compliance initiatives, and audits.
- Develop training sessions and communication materials on compliance and employee conduct topics.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR to ensure consistent interpretation and application of policies.
- Track and report metrics related to employee relations and compliance, offering insights for leadership decision-making.
- Requirements: Bachelors degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Legal background is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in employee relations, HR compliance, or related areas.
