- Lead and execute Organizational Development (DHO) initiatives, including talent development, career path planning, and training programs.
- Manage the Recruitment & Selection process, identifying and attracting top talent aligned with company values.
- Support and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with different departments to promote a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes, employee feedback initiatives, and leadership development programs.
- Organize internal events, workshops, and campaigns to foster employee motivation and organizational alignment.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR matters and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HRAdvanced English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity and the ability to develop innovative internal communication strategies.
- Experience with HR tools and software is a plus.
