We take the strategic agreements forged by our Business Development team and turn them into fully operational, scalable, and successful solutions. As an Operations Manager, you will be a hands-on leader, responsible for the tactical implementation of our partnerships and ensuring they deliver on their promise.Role Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing the end-to-end operational processes required to launch and scale new strategic partnerships.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of operations managers and analysts, setting a high bar for data-driven decision-making and execution excellence.
  • Acting as the primary operational counterpart for our strategic partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
  • Conducting deep-dive data analysis, customer segmentation, and financial modeling to identify risks, opportunities, and pathways for growth within our partnerships.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and building dashboards to track the operational health and commercial success of our initiatives.
Role Qualifications:6+ years of experience in a role like business operations, sales operations, management consulting, or a similar analytical and strategic function.Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion.Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; you are hands-on and highly proficient with SQL, data modeling, and data visualization toolsA strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to think big picture while also mastering the operational details.Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.EEO Statement:
