- Designing and implementing the end-to-end operational processes required to launch and scale new strategic partnerships.
- Leading and mentoring a team of operations managers and analysts, setting a high bar for data-driven decision-making and execution excellence.
- Acting as the primary operational counterpart for our strategic partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
- Conducting deep-dive data analysis, customer segmentation, and financial modeling to identify risks, opportunities, and pathways for growth within our partnerships.
- Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and building dashboards to track the operational health and commercial success of our initiatives.
