- Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to our SaaS platform via email, chat, and support tickets.
- Analyze & Replicate Bugs: Reproduce customer-reported issues, analyze logs, and escalate complex problems to senior engineers.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to enhance product reliability and user experience.
- Enhance Documentation: Contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and best practices.
- Test & Debug: Use tools like Postman, browser developer tools, and log analyzers to test APIs, integrations, and platform functionality.
- Optimize Support Processes: Assist in automating workflows, improving response times, and enhancing the customer support experience.
- Hands-on experience in SaaS technical support and customer interaction.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and debugging tools like Postman or browser developer tools.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (APIs, HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and networking concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
