• About The Role You'll be designing and optimizing AI models, fine-tuning LLMs, OCR, and other AI-driven systems to streamline complex workflows and make insurance automation smarter, faster, and more reliable.

• What You'll Do: Architect and develop scalable TypeScript microservices powering XILO's platform.
• Design and optimize workflows for AI-driven customer interactions with the help of integration and fine tuning LLMs.
• Prepare datasets for LLM fine-tuning.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, data science) to deliver seamless integrations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
• Implement best practices for API security, data privacy, and maintainability.
• What we're looking for 7+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years of expertise in TypeScript/Node.

• Proven experience with scalable API design and database optimization.
