- Serve as the daily operational interface for HRS hotel partners across Brazil, providing exceptional support and guidance.
- Lead technical onboarding and training of new hotel partners to enable a seamless and fast go-to-market process.
- Support hotel partners through sign-up processes, labeling, classification, Corporate RFPs, and CCR procurement.
- Proactively consult hotels to increase market share by driving activities along the HRS 5S Framework, including pricing, availability, and VPAY solution training.
- Manage inbound support requests related to HRS LaaS Solutions and general administration.
- Collaborate closely with regional Hotel Account Executive (HAE) teams to deliver support and communicate important developments for key hotels.
- Work cross-functionally within the STAY Unit to align hotel offerings and services with customer needs.
- Contribute actively to continuous process improvements and identify automation opportunities.
- Prioritize support requests based on economic impact and resolve complex issues by liaising with various departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (required).
- Proven experience in hotel distribution, account management, or sales within the hospitality industry.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and data literacy.
- Highly self-driven and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
