- Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling or email outreach
- Assist the sales lead in performing regular follow-ups to drive opportunities to close
- Scrape leads and build contact lists using tools like LinkedIn and Apollo
- Schedule qualification calls as needed with the goal of booking calls
- Manage contacts, paperwork, and follow-up throughout the deal stages
- Track and report on key outreach and close metrics regularly
- Perform other tactical sales and sales-marketing related tasks as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in a phone outreach/appointment setter role
- Experience using Dialpad or a similar phone outreach tool
- Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role
- 1+ years of experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact/pipeline management
- Basic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work EST
