Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Cold Caller to drive prospect engagement and generate new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification to build a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to schedule qualification calls, follow up on prospects, and support the sales cycle from initial contact to close.Core Tasks:
  • Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling or email outreach
  • Assist the sales lead in performing regular follow-ups to drive opportunities to close
  • Scrape leads and build contact lists using tools like LinkedIn and Apollo
  • Schedule qualification calls as needed with the goal of booking calls
  • Manage contacts, paperwork, and follow-up throughout the deal stages
  • Track and report on key outreach and close metrics regularly
  • Perform other tactical sales and sales-marketing related tasks as needed.
Must-Haves:
  • 3+ years of experience in a phone outreach/appointment setter role
  • Experience using Dialpad or a similar phone outreach tool
  • Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role
  • 1+ years of experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact/pipeline management
  • Basic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work EST
