- Partner with Services Director to build the best strategy for customer satisfaction
- Interface with Contract Manager and internal team to find best approach for contract amendments, claims and arbitrations
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
- Own the NPS score
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering, Sciences, or Business from an accredited university or college
- Knowledge of the Wind industry and/or Services business
- Minimum of 10 years of previous experience
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive transformation in a mission-based team
- High resiliency and ownership
- Ability to travel and manage and multi-country team
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Superior product knowledge
- A team player with leadership skills
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
- Fluent in Spanish
