- In this role, you'll own the recruiting strategy and execution for all Brazil-based hiring across key business and technical functions.
- You'll partner closely with executive leadership, define processes, and scale a high-performing team, helping us attract exceptional talent in a fast-moving, competitive market.
- What You'll DoBuild and lead the recruiting function for our Brazil operations from scratch.
- Define and execute a localized talent strategy aligned with business goals.
- Partner with founders and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and advise on org design.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting across leadership, tech, and operational roles-initially hands-on.
- Develop scalable recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experiences that reflect our values.
- Identify and attract top-tier passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
- Cultivate a strong employer brand in the Brazil tech and startup ecosystems.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team as we scale.
- Establish metrics and reporting to track pipeline health, time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and more.
- What We're Looking For10+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven success building or scaling recruiting in fast-growth or early-stage tech companies.
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian talent market, especially for tech and operational roles.
- Hands-on ability to recruit across a range of functions and levels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with executive teams.
- Process-driven but agile-you know when to optimize and when to move fast.
- Fluent in Portuguese and strong English communication skills.
