  • Manage Alps daily activities.
  • Technical Support for all Areas (Automation and Mechanics).
  • Manage a team of Project Managers and Specialists.
  • Interface with other Operations Development teams and with other functions.
  • Support demand process (Generate, prioritize and fulfil) on product group or regional level.
  • Maintain the N6M project plan for the team.
  • Secure Project Excellence.
  • Secure participation in Competence Networks.
  • Foster a performance culture locally as well as in the PG.
  • Set and follow up on targets for the team and each employee, broken down from Operations Development and Operations overall level (cascading the strategy).
