- ResponsibilitiesLead all sales and business development activities in the industrial sector across South America, including direct customer engagement and distributor management.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company''s presence in the region, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and drive the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring that targets and revenue objectives are met or exceeded.
- Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to optimize customer solutions.
- Provide regular market insights, competitive analysis, and sales reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as the company's key representative in the South American market, taking full ownership of regional sales operations and business expansion.
- QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the industrial sector.
- Experience in X-ray detectors, X-ray components, industrial NDT, or inspection systems is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to drive sales strategies from planning to successful execution.
- Business-level proficiency in English; Chinese is plusSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and establish the company's presence in a new region.
- Willingness to travel extensively within South America as required.
