Learn more about itTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Partner Data Senior Analyst to our Global Sales and Operations team in São Paulo!This role is part of the Partner Data & Insights team, which supports the Partnerships organization across all regions at Wellhub. Our mission is to turn data into decisions, empowering commercial teams with actionable insights that fuel partner growth, optimize strategy, and deliver real business impact. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in translating complex data into powerful stories - from building dashboards in Metabase and Tableau, to uncovering trends with SQL and Python, to advising stakeholders across global markets. You'll help us connect the dots between product, performance, and partner success.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-impact team at the center of Wellhub's commercial engine. - Develop recommendations and drive improvements to data standards, processes, definitions within your business area.
- Partner with team leaders globally by providing analytical insights through accessible business oriented data sets and visual data dashboard.
- Be an active participant in discussion with various global teams and have a voice in the direction of the business.
- Identify insights that will impact the broader business by leveraging relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
- Consult with managers and team leaders; work with them to turn vague or poorly defined issues into clearly addressable problems/questions that is measurable.

- Resides in São Paulo.
- Availability to go to the office at least once a month.
- Previous experience in analyzing large data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Previous experience with managing stakeholders requests, pushing for prioritization and impact.
- Ability to communicate complex data and technical concepts clearly and concisely to a non technical audience.
- Advanced knowledge in SQL and Python for data analysis and automations.
- Advanced knowledge in building data visualizations (Tableau, Metabase, etc).
- Strong knowledge of statistics and data science techniques (e.g., regression, segmentation, forecasting).
- A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for excellence and continuous improvement; strong execution and ability to drive work to completion.
- Ability to think critically by understanding problems quickly and being able to identify solutions.
- Advanced English.
- Understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and data architecture is a plus.
- Previous experience working with data engineerings is a plus.
