- Dashboard Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain team dashboards, ensuring data is current and accurate. This will involve data extraction, formatting, and entry into reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- BPO Workflow Management: Monitor the volume of work assigned to our BPO partner, ensuring a consistent and efficient flow of tasks to prevent bottlenecks or idle time.
- Data Entry & Validation: Assist with various data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This may involve validating data against source documents and resolving discrepancies.
- Process Documentation: Assist in documenting operational processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Communication Support: Support communication with the BPO partner regarding workflow adjustments or data-related inquiries
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Experience with data entry or workflow management is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in operational support within a fast-paced environment.
- Skills in data handling, dashboard maintenance, and workflow management.
- Exposure to working with a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner.
- An understanding of how efficient operations contribute to overall quality.
