- Develop and Implement Commercial strategies (Pipeline, Portfolio and KPIs management) aligned with the Financial Goals (GPW, NPW, Profitability)
- Responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth; Negotiating terms and conditions for large renewals and opportunities and also new partnerships
- Build and maintain key and strategic relationships with brokers and clients; Monitor market trends, competitors activities
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims and operational teams to ensure service excellence
- Discipline of business meetings, commercial reports and forecasts; Attend Global and International brokers (Retail and Reinsurance)
- Promote AIG products and risk appetite policy with market awareness
- Support the technical training of our products and AIG GO tool
- Recognized experience in the Corporate insurance market (Insurers or large Brokers)
- Advanced or Intermediate English. Spanish is a plus
- Commercial and Technical Insurance skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical and relationship skills
- Leadership and communication abilities
- Preferred graduation on business administration, economic science, engineering or law
