- Coordinate cross-functional marketing campaigns from brief to execution
- Manage homepage banners and ensure on-site promotions are reflected accurately and on time
- Work with the design team to proof and QA Figma files before web development hand-off
- Submit and follow up on web development tickets, audit site changes post-launch
- Paid ads management: provide creative briefs, upload creatives, monitor campaign performance
- Project manage large-scale website initiatives: lead marketing-side research and oversee internal coordination with design, compliance, and development
- Coordinate and manage surveys, giveaways, and loyalty coupon rollouts
- Drive innovation with our Cabana Club and ELITE loyalty programs: audit performance, benchmark competitors, and assist in campaign planning, propose new strategies
- Collaborate with the Email Marketing team on loyalty flows, segmentation ideas, and re-engagement strategy
- Maintain strong organization and visibility into timelines and team deliverables
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in D2C or e-commerce
- Strong project management skills and cross-functional coordination experience
- Comfortable managing paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing with support from channel specialists
- Familiarity with web QA, Figma reviews, and working with development teams
- Detail-oriented with strong written English and task ownership
- Able to handle fast turnarounds, shifting priorities, and multiple brand voices
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify, or marketing automation platforms
- Bonus: Familiarity with loyalty programs, segmentation strategies, or customer journey mapping
