Learn more about itTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Partner Success Sr. Manager to our Partner Sales team in São Paulo, Brazil!We are seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to join our Wishlist team in São Paulo. This role involves managing relationships with our most crucial accounts in Brazil, functioning as a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will oversee strategic initiatives and disruptive projects, with a strong emphasis on organization, processes, and growth. The Wishlist area is pivotal, dealing directly with our top-tier partners, requiring a highly strategic approach to maintain and enhance these key relationships.YOUR IMPACT
- Manage relationships with strategic partners to identify new business opportunities and enhance our value proposition for clients and users.
- Collaborate closely with our partners to identify opportunities for joint business plans to drive their business growth, acting as a key account manager.
- Act as a consultant and influencer to support decision-making processes for our partners' businesses (strategy, expansion, acquisitions, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to enhance commercial terms to increase business volume for our partners and profitability in our marketplace, working closely with the Commercial Finance, Value Management and Marketing team.
- Enhance user experience by leading integration efforts with our key partners.
- Establish partnerships with potential new partners that would have a significant impact for clients and users.
- Facilitate and lead key meetings with partners on a wide range of topics, including presentations, commercial agreements, planning, and projects. Ensure clarity and accuracy of information flowing to and from partners and subsequent internal and external communications.
- Apply analytical thinking to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Present data meaningfully for monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions.

- Previous relevant commercial and business development background;
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving driven by data using Excel and other analysis tools;
- High level of English in a professional environment;
- Proficiency in organizing and structuring documents and formalizing internal processes;
- Advanced ability to evaluate and define internal processes to improve the work of the WL team.
- Outstanding commercial and tough negotiating skills (communication, negotiation, convincing, argumentation);
- Strategic mindset using data to ensure good negotiation and consultative selling with a focus on achieving goals;
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask while establishing priorities and providing solutions;
- Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally;
