- Responsible for implementing policies, fostering organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and EHS regulations.
- Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Culture: Implement HR policies, processes, and culture aligned with business and regional strategy.
- Talent & Development: Oversee performance management, succession planning, development plans, and career path modeling.
- Coach leadership on talent ownership and cultural development.
- Employee Engagement: Deploy and analyze engagement surveys and support action plans.
- Promote feedback culture, recognition, communication, and inclusion initiatives.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Manage payroll, contracts, terminations, vacations, and HR KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage union/labor relations.
- Shared Services & Efficiency: Oversee shared services delivery to sales and operations.
- Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and satisfaction.
- Change Management: Lead HR integration and cultural alignment in M&A or transformation contexts.
- Leadership & Team Management: Set goals, monitor team performance, coach, and provide feedback.
- EHS (Environment, Health & Safety): Ensure legal compliance and manage EHS systems, audits, and campaigns.
- Promote workplace safety, well-being, and PPE compliance.
- Budget Management: Manage HR & EHS budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Specialization in HR or Psychology preferred.
- Experience: 68 years in HR leadership roles.
