Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will transform raw sales data into actionable insights that help drive revenue, improve sales strategies, and support business growth. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver meaningful reports and strategic recommendations.Location: RemoteKey Responsibilities:Analyze sales performance metrics and develop regular dashboards and reports (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue trends)Build and manage forecasting models to support revenue planningTrack KPIs and targets across teams, regions, or product lines, and highlight variancesIdentify sales trends, customer behavior patterns, and opportunities for upselling/cross-sellingAutomate data processes and reporting workflows using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQLSupport the sales team with territory planning, quota allocation, and incentive trackingWork cross-functionally to integrate data from CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), marketing platforms, and ERP systemsPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership to influence data-driven decisionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field2–5 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data analysisProficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with CRM platforms like SalesforceExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and business acumenAbility to translate complex data into simple insights and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentFamiliarity with sales compensation design and performance trackingKnowledge of Python/R is a plusExperience in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B industriesPowered by JazzHR
