- Design compelling product packaging for our line of essential oils, hydrosols, and resins that balances aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, and point-of-purchase displays that engage customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital assets, including website graphics, social media visuals, email templates, and online advertisements.
- Produce outstanding product photography and lifestyle imagery that showcases our products and resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and platforms, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging design technologies to continuously innovate and improve our visual communications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to align design strategies with business objectives and timelines.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as printers and packaging suppliers, to ensure quality control and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers or freelancers as the company grows.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in brand identity development and packaging design, preferably in the wellness or beauty industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, packaging design, digital media, and photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with printing processes, packaging materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for wellness, natural products, and sustainable living.
- Advanced degree in Design or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D rendering.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design best practices.
- Familiarity with aromatherapy, essential oils, and natural wellness products.
