- Receive and validate internal demands by checking prerequisites and documentation compliance with internal and customer standards.
- Plan deployment activities considering available resources, internal demands, and customer priorities. Request equipment, materials, and services to the project PM when necessary.
- Conduct periodical alignment with internal teams regarding execution prerequisites, changes in priorities, or timeline adjustments.
- Ensure accurate and daily updates of KPIs, project progress, reports, and communications in both internal and customer systems, supporting compliance and audit requirements.
- Perform sample audits, including unannounced site visits, to verify adherence to safety, quality, and acceptance standards. Demand corrective actions when necessary.
- Align internal efforts with customer goals, negotiating priority changes when needed. Monitor the progress of customer-side prerequisites such as infrastructure readiness, transmission availability, and access authorizations.
- Participate actively in meetings, conferences, and events—both internal and customer-driven—whether in person or online, especially those involving compliance and audit processes.
- Ensure that all field activities are executed effectively and according to plan, providing on-the-ground support, removing blockers, and escalating issues when necessary to meet delivery targets.
- Monitor subcontractor field teams daily, recording summarized progress, adjusting priorities, and escalating as needed to ensure deadlines and budgets are respected.
- Act as a technical coach, providing guidance and support to subcontractor teams for safer and more assertive execution. Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and internal/external regulations.
- Timely issuance of all reports, documents, and tickets as required by internal and customer procedures, following the approved formats and content standards.
- Ensure that all stakeholders (internal teams, subcontractors, and customers) comply with legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements—particularly in the areas of compliance, security, and auditing.
- Be the primary operational lead responsible for ensuring all deployment activities are executed in the field as planned.
- Anticipate and resolve execution challenges through direct interaction with subcontractors and technical supervisors.
- Monitor work quality, field conditions, safety protocols, and scheduling adherence on a daily basis.
- Technical degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Associate (Technologist) or Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in the telecom industry.
- 2+ years of experience as a deployment supervisor or senior deployment analyst.
- Experience working in or for a telecom carrier or vendor.
- Proven experience in coordinating 10+ field teams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of project management (certification is a plus).
- Understanding of wireless and/or bearer network engineering (installation) fundamentals.
