- Coach and mentor a team of inside sales agents to smash targets and KPIs.
- Foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture.
- Empower individuals to grow through feedback, motivation, and development.
- Manage daily operations and sales projects with precision.
- Use data to track performance, solve challenges, and improve workflows.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and build smart reporting tools in Excel and PowerBI.
- Audit and analyse CRM data to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Build dashboards and trackers that drive smarter decisions.
- Spot trends, gaps, and opportunities — and act on them.
- Discover and onboard new TLC partners.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and nurture long-term relationships.
- Align partner strategies with market needs and TLC’s global vision.
- Proven experience leading inside sales teams in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Familiarity with PowerBI and CRM systems (D365 preferred).
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
- Project management expertise with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills — written, spoken, and interpersonal in both Portuguese and English
- Confident, tenacious, and relationship-driven.
