- Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities for the US market by understanding customer container needs and matching them with available inventory
- Act as the first point of contact through outbound calls, emails, and networking to generate, capture and convert demand
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, closing container deals in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead quality, outreach strategies, and market targeting
- Use AI powered sales tool stack to maximize buyer experience and sales to track leads, monitor sales performance, and gain insights to continuously improve conversion rates
- You bring hands-on experience in B2B sales backed by experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting —ideally within a fast-paced transactional sales environment
- You are a self-starter, highly motivated and driven who confidently drives sales through persistence and a positive attitude
- You excel at building and managing customer relationships, understanding client needs, and turning demand into closed deals
- Your strong pipeline management skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and clear communication style help you drive results
