- Drive adoption of Nokia's CNS Business Applications solutions by collaborating with presales teams to develop winning strategies and competitive intelligence.
- Engage directly with customers to deliver tailored business consulting services, showcasing tactical and strategic value of Nokia's portfolio.
- Develop comprehensive offering strategies that integrate multiple products and services into end-to-end solutions.
- Act as a key interface between customers and development teams to deliver innovative solutions addressing critical business challenges.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making and product roadmap prioritization.
- Lead cross-functional teams or projects, managing resource allocations and addressing complex day-to-day operational issues.
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert, providing best practices and guidance internally and externally across various organizational units.
- Mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment to drive excellence and innovation within the team.
- Engineering degree with 10-15 years of broad experience in network technologies, and associated management and control layers
- Deep knowledge of the following concepts: Analytics and Data Managements, Autonomous Networks, Security.
- Experience with on-premises and public cloud architectures, including Geo-Redundancy and Disaster Recovery.
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Proficient in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in pre-sales support and consultative selling.
- Practical experience with OSS solutions, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and related technologies.
- Ability to influence strategic decisions and drive product line developments.
- Previous experience leading teams or managing cross-functional projects.
