- Tax Compliance and Audits Support: Timely and accurately compliance of Monthly tax payments, Annual tax return, Statutory tax reports, Informative returns, withholding tax returns. Provides support during official tax audits and reviews from tax authorities, through calculations, integrations and explanations.
- Deferred Tax Reporting: Prepare and coordinate with Tax, Finance and Accounting Brazil teams, the timely and accurately Reporting Tax such as Effective Tax rates (ETR), Deferred Taxes, Tax accounting, Tax Reporting templates (TRT) & Tax packages.
- Accounting for Taxes: Interacts with the Tax Compliance Team to assure an adequate monthly Tax Accounting booking. Analyze monthly balances to provide visibility to Tax Managers and assure proper and standard booking rules to efficient Tax Reporting TRT's and Budgeting Processes.
- Tax Advice and project support: Provides support and analysis to Tax Managers and Local teams, regarding tax planning, projects, restructures, cash repatriation, audits, reporting for a tax-efficient management.
- Transfer Pricing: Provide support to Tax Manager on Transfer Pricing activities based on local regulations, work together with external advisors, legal department and Accounting teams. Help to control inter-company agreements with Legal Team. Help to assure that Kellogg Operations are in “arm's length” and transfer pricing good practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting related field, with previous experience in the area.
- At least 5 years of tax and accounting work experience, out of which 4 years minimum of tax experience.
- Proficient PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge is essential.
- Must have strong analytical skills, Decision making, Risk taking, Project leader, Organization skills, Results oriented.
- Conversational English Skill and intermediate Spanish would be a plus.
