It Platform Support

• You will be responsible for supporting applications across both Unix and Windows platforms, playing a key role in our cloud migration initiatives.
• Responsibilities: Provide operational support for PROD and NON-PROD platforms, participating in an on-call rotation.
• Implement and manage monitoring tools such as Elasticsearch, Nagios, and Prometheus.
• Utilize DevOps technologies like Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to migrate applications to cloud platforms.
• Implement and manage job scheduling with Control-M (experience with MFT Batch Module is a plus).
• Implement and execute deployments using tools like Jenkins.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using languages such as Python and Batch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, coordinating with other team members as needed.
• Support both Windows and Unix operating system environments.
• Contribute to the automation of manual processes and deployment/batch control workflows.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and applications.
• Desired Skills & Experience: Experienced with monitoring tools implementation and operational tasks including Elasticsearch / Nagios Experienced with implementing jobs with Control-M and experience with MFT Batch Module would be a bonus Experience implementing and executing with deployment tools such as Jenkins Proven experience with scripting language e.
