- A bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
- 5 years of relevant medical device sales or marketing experience
- Prior experience in a health-related or medical device training role strongly preferred; experience in instructional design, adult learning, organizational development, or talent development is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority
- Excellent public speaking, facilitation, and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex clinical and commercial information clearly and confidently.
- Experience planning and executing on highly detailed events or projects with milestones, schedules and deadlines is required
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills required
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills in both classroom and virtual environments
- Self-directed and able to work independently while handling multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback that drives performance improvement.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate current and future training and development needs aligned to business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with sales professionals, marketing partners, leadership teams, and various clinical specialties within hospital environments.
- Fluent in Spanish and English required; Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred
- Strong clinical acumen with the ability to translate anatomy & physiology, procedural knowledge, and clinical data into practical sales education
- Proficiency with learning technologies, sales enablement platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
