• Job Duties and QualificationsDesign, test, and document FPGA/SoC solutions for multiple subsystems in a Halliburton wireline tool under development.
• Collaborate with teams in the US and Singapore while working closely with Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Project Management at Halliburton Technology Center in Brazil (HBTC).

• Experience:At least 5 years of experience developing solutions with FPGAs/SoCs on multiple platforms.
• Deep knowledge of hardware description languages for FPGAs (VHDL, Verilog, etc.

• Experience in signal integrity analysis using lab test equipment/simulation tools, and performing logic/timing analysis.
• Experience with digital electronics development/testing applied to embedded systems in harsh environments (oil & gas, aerospace, defense applications, etc.

• Demonstrated ability to look ahead at hardware validation requirements, and develop/execute test plans and test setups, utilizing both hardware and firmware debugging tools.
• General knowledge of data acquisition systems, signal processing, and feedback control.
