  • This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders-including clients, agency partners, and internal teams-to deliver impactful digital media activations across Latin America and beyond.
  • The ideal candidate will combine expertise in digital media strategy with strong project management and relationship-building skills, driving measurable results for clients.
  • Key resposabilities:Design and execute digital media activation strategies tailored to client objectives, utilizing USMedias represented platforms and partners.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, from ideation and media selection to execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Lead the execution of brand activations with production partners and suppliers, ensuring that the activation operation meets the quality requirements and expected results.
  • Collaborate closely with advertisers, agencies, and publisher partners to ensure seamless implementation of activations and achieving of KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to inform strategy development.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work side by side with the Creative Manager throughout the entire creation process from brainstorming project ideas and aligning production queues to leading approvals with all involved stakeholders.

  • Required Hard SkillsIntegrated Media Planning & Activation: Expertise in planning and executing media strategies that bridge offline and online channels, with a focus on driving cross-channel synergy and maximizing online distribution of offline activations.
  • Business Planning & Commercial Thinking: Strong ability to align activation strategies with client business goals, demonstrating a clear understanding of market dynamics, commercial objectives, and the financial impact of brand initiatives.
  • Platform & Partner Management: Experience managing relationships with media partners, publishers, and technology platforms to deliver integrated and innovative solutions.
  • Desirable Previous ExperienceStrategic Planning and Execution of Live Marketing Campaigns: Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering live marketing strategies, including the integration of brand objectives into experiential campaigns for major brands and large-scale audiences.
  • Production and Management of Experiential Events: Proven track record in leading the production of high-impact branded experience events, ensuring operational excellence and audience engagement.
  • Influencer and Celebrity Relationship Management: Solid background in identifying, negotiating, and activating partnerships with influencers, athletes, and celebrities to amplify brand presence and generate authentic engagement across digital and physical platforms.
  • Expertise in Sports and Entertainment Markets: Deep understanding of the sports and entertainment industries, with hands-on experience in sponsorships, partnerships, and activations involving major events, venues, and sports properties.
  • Integrated Communication and Creative Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and agencies, combining digital, live, and content marketing to deliver disruptive, consumer-centric brand experiences.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights into creative strategies that build brand equity and drive business results.
