- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients in the LATAM region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and issues.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Regularly assess customer satisfaction through feedback calls, surveys, and in-person meetings.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor account performance and customer usage data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed account reports and updates to share with management and relevant teams.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
- Participate in product training and development sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product features.
- Growth Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth within the LATAM region.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and initiatives tailored to existing customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in account management or sales, in the LATAM region.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through cross-selling and upselling efforts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
