- Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Brazil.
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
- Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant.
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry.
- Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients.
- Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services.
- Native Portuguese and fluent in English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience expanding into emerging markets (e.g., LATAM)
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Cellxpert, Zendesk)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
