- Ensure existing clients are onboarded, supported, and achieving measurable results.
- Build a consistent pipeline and close new early customers for Nxus Brew.
- Collect structured feedback from usage and translate it into product insights.
- Manage feedback loops to continuously improve the product.
- Work closely with product team to prioritize features and fixes.
- Help define and optimize the customer journey.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with experience in customer success and/or technical sales.
- You are comfortable navigating uncertain and fast-changing environments.
- You have a passion for technology and ideally experience or a strong interest in the brewing or fermentation industries.
- You can inspire people with your ideas and innovative mindset, while acting pragmatically and result-oriented.
- You have excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Above all, you want to work with a young, committed team with a start-up mentality.
