- Build and maintain strong working relationships with 3P carriers and internal stakeholders
- Analyze network losses and implement improvement plans
- Coordinate package return processes for Fulfillment Centers and Sellers
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Identify and implement network efficiency improvements
- Create and maintain performance dashboards using SQL and other analytical tools
- Develop regular reporting cycles to track carrier performance and network health
- Document and standardize processes for better team alignment
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimization through data analysis
- Work closely with Carrier Managers to implement improvement initiatives
- Partner with Network Losses and S&OP teams to align on objectives
- Contribute to process innovation to enhance operational efficiencyA day in the life
- Review daily performance dashboards focusing on DNR rates, network losses, and return accuracy
- Participate in DDD (daily dive deep meeting) Carrier Management team to address immediate operational issues
- Check critical escalations from previous day
- Lead weekly carrier performance review meetings
- Update and distribute weekly performance scorecards
- Deep dive into DNR cases and loss patterns
- Meet with Network Loss Prevention team to review trends
- Update SOPs based on recent learnings
Success Metrics to Track:
- DNR rates by carrier and region
- Network loss metrics
- Returns efficiency metrics
- Amount of concessions and lossesAbout the team

Internal Teams:
- Carrier Managers - collaborate on WBRs, MBRs and carriers' performance discussions
- Network Loss and Loss Prevention Teams - Collaborate on loss/damage reduction strategies, DNR investigations, Charge Back, etc
- Transportation Operations - Daily alignment on carrier performance and operational issues
- Last Mile Operations - Coordinate on delivery experience improvements
- Finance Team - Regular reviews of cost performance and budget alignment
- Customer Service - Address escalated delivery issues and pattern recognition
- Regional Operations Teams - Support local transportation needs and challenges
External Partners:
- 3P Carriers - Regular performance reviews and improvement discussions
- Carrier Operations Teams - Daily operational alignment and issue resolutionBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
