- Provide exceptional service to VIP clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist VIP clients with account access, troubleshooting and general doubts
- Maintain a deep understanding of our gaming offerings and promotions to better assist clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver personalized experiences for our VIP guests.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and ensuring a positive image is projected at all times.
- Handle escalated issues and complaints with professionalism, providing effective resolutions.
- Monitor client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the gambling, hospitality and Entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. In Portuguese and English, Chinese/ Mandrin will be a very good differential
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
- A passion for providing top-notch customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Familiarity with casino operations and gaming products is a plus.
