Learn more about itTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Marketing Operations Analyst for our Global Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo, Brazil!The Wellhub Global Wellbeing Engagement team is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to execute and optimize scalable journeys and ad-hoc emails across clients' lifecycle globally. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality messaging and automation to improve client engagement and drive conversions. As a key team member, you'll collaborate with our Regional teams, Martech, Revenue strategy, and other stakeholders to execute email marketing campaigns and journeys, conduct A/B tests, coordinate automations, track campaign performance, create reports, and contribute to various other scalable initiatives.If you are a detail-oriented and hands-on professional with strong communication and analytical skills, we'd love to hear from you!YOUR IMPACT
- Execute and optimize scalable email journeys and ad-hoc email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, targeting clients across their lifecycle on a global scale
- Collaborate closely with Regional teams, Martech, Revenue strategy, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Implement personalization strategies in email marketing, utilizing dynamic content, leveraging customer data to enhance engagement, efficiency, and personalization
- Track key email marketing metrics and conversion rates, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports to support data-driven decisions and optimizations
- Create briefings for our creative agency to guide on the execution of new campaign assets and optimize existing initiatives

- Proven experience in CRM Marketing, ideally collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or a similar CRM platform.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and report building, with a strong analytical mindset.
- A proactive and highly organized professional with a strong sense of ownership and a determination to achieve results.
- Eagerness to learn and grow, coupled with a hands-on and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new scenarios and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Slides).
- Basic HTML proficiency
- Experience with B2B2C strategy
