- Business Management: Responsible for Regional P&L and Cash flow performance coordinating across local functional stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve short- and long-term results, including accelerated growth in the region vs GDP and Industry. Identify and direct necessary investments in people, assets, and innovation. Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance.
- Commercial Strategy: Accountable for Pipeline management and new business conversion rate to drive regional growth. Manage key customer relationships and monitor distributor networks in Latin America. Lead sales, marketing, new business development, and technical support teams to maximize market penetration.
- Operational Excellence: Plan and execute corrective actions for identified issues and lead crisis management as needed. Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Resource Management: Direct investments and resource mobilization efforts to support business growth. Shape and maintain trusted relationships with partners, customers, suppliers, and external authorities.
- Leadership & People Development: Lead and develop a multifunctional team comprising account managers, technical service, and marketing personnel. Design and implement people management strategies, including talent development, motivation, and retention. Identify and mentor high-potential employees for future leadership roles. Provide coaching and support to direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the PCG business unit and regional assets. Manage key projects and drive profitable business expansion in untapped industries.
