- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent);
- Strong knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, statistical methods, and reliability;
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus;
- Familiarity with truck systems and applications is appreciated;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Experience with Jira, Volvo Portal, LVD, VDA+, KOLA, Impact is appreciated;
- Understanding of the dealer network is a plus.
- Detect, quantify, and prioritize customer quality issues;
- Lead pre-investigations and recommend containment actions (e.g., internal campaigns);
- Use tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, Minitab to analyze data and support investigations;
- Recommend and present external campaigns to the Campaign Committee;
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during the initial phases of quality issues solving process;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across GTT, GTO, and brands;
- Support new projects with field experience and contribute to long-term quality roadmaps;
- Ensure the customer voice is represented in problem-solving processes;
- Identify potential safety-related issues and escalate appropriately;
- Predict and report quality KPIs to the organization.
